Cancellation Policy
To provide you with high-quality care, it is important for you to keep your scheduled appointment with the medical provider. Valuable time has been reserved for you or your family member. A missed appointment or late cancellation results in lost time that could have been given to another person wanting to receive care.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be subject to the providers’ discretion as to whether they can be seen. Late arrivals may also be subject to an abbreviated visit.
• If a client cannot be seen or is more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled visit, it will automatically be considered a no show.
You may receive a reminder call/text two days ahead to remind you of your appointment; however, it is your responsibility to keep record of your appointment and to arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do at least 48 hours in advance. Every late cancel/no-show will be recorded in your chart. Multiple late cancels and no-shows can end your ability to make advance appointments or receive care at Tribal Wellness.
We realize that an emergency may occur and/or you may not be able to notify us. We will discuss that situation with you when if/when it happens.
After One (1) Late Cancel/No Show: In the event that you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask for a 25% contribution toward the total cost.
After Two (2) Late Cancels/No Shows: For subsequent cancellations within 48 hours, we request a 50% contribution to cover the total cost.
After Three (3) Late Cancels/No Shows: 100% of total appointment cost will be charged. In addition, advanced scheduling privileges may be suspended.
Please Note: When cancelling an appointment that was pre-paid for, you must email tribalwellnessclub@gmail.com to request a refund. Calendly will not automatically refund the client, as it must be a manual refund. Requests for refunds should be sent no later than 48 hours after your cancellation. Please be aware that once a refund is submitted, it may take 5-10 business days to be posted to your account.

Return, Cancellation, and Shipping Policy for Tribal Remedy

Return Policy: We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if there is a verifiable defect or issue with the item. Heat-sensitive items or products that have been opened are not eligible for return under any circumstances, unless a defect is confirmed. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our products and prevent misuse or tampering.
Cancellation Policy: All purchases are final, however, we do acknowledge that sometimes mistakes are made. Clients may request a cancellation of their supplement order by contacting Tribal Wellness Naturopathic Clinic via email at TribalRemedy@mytribalpath.com. While we acknowledge the right to request a cancellation, we do not guarantee that we can honor all cancellation requests.

WHOLESALE POLICY FOR TRIBAL WELLNESS

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Tribal Wellness. Please review the following terms and conditions for wholesale transactions.
Eligibility:
Wholesale partnerships are subject to approval. To apply, please contact us at wholesale@mytribalpath.com.
Pricing and Payment:
Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities are provided upon approval.
All payments must be made prior to the shipping of orders.
Ordering and Shipping:
Orders can be placed through our designated channels.
Shipping costs and lead times will be communicated at the time of order placement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Returns and Damages:
Returns are accepted for unopened products within 15 days of delivery.
Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt with accompanying photos and descriptions.
Marketing and Branding:
Use of our branding and marketing materials must be in accordance with our guidelines.
Any deviations must be approved by Tribal Wellness.
Confidentiality:
All proprietary information must be kept confidential and used solely for promoting and selling Tribal Wellness products.

Fullscript Orders Return Policy:
Return policy
We're happy to accept returns for products purchased in the last 30 days that are unopened and aren't heat-sensitive.
You will need your order number, the product name(s), and quantities to submit your return request. Our Customer Success team will follow up by email with your unique RMA number and the return shipping address.
When you're ready, click here to start your return.
When you receive your return information, clearly write the RMA number provided to you on the outside of the shipment. RMA numbers are how our warehouse tracks and identifies your return and are essential to processing your refund. Items shipped back to our warehouse without an RMA number often can't be traced back to the shipper.
Note: Wholesale products purchased at a supplier volume discount rate are final sale and ineligible for return. Some exceptions may apply. Contact our Customer Success team for more information.
Return processing times
Returns must be processed by our warehouse before refunds can be applied. This can take 1-3 weeks once the item is received at the warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.
Payment refunds
The refund will be applied to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your card provider or financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
Return shipping labels
We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns. However, we will issue a full refund for the product cost when your return is processed and waive all restocking fees.
Product shelf-life guarantee
We guarantee a 90-day shelf-life on all products purchased from Fullscript. Products with higher quantities are guaranteed to have a shelf-life covering the duration the bottle should last. Products with an expiry short of 90 days are removed from our inventory and aren't distributed.
Tip! Some brands print manufactured dates (MFG/DOM) instead of expiry dates on their bottles. If you're concerned about a date presented on products you've received, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Success team who can confirm the date form (manufactured or expiry date) on your behalf!
